This iPhone has been used for approximately 7 months, and is in perfect working condition. This iPhone is locked to AT&T and is not jailbroken. However, this iPhone may easily be unlocked and jailbroken using software readily available on the Internet. This iPhone does NOT come with a SIM card. You will have to obtain a new SIM card from AT&T or the carrier of your choice if you decide to unlock this phone.  I upgraded to the 3G iPhone, and do not need this one anymore. Cosmetically, this iPhone has some light scratches from normal use.  The front screen is FLAWLESS, and is 100% SCRATCH FREE, because I kept a screen protector on it.
