Description
Here is an unusual and very cool personal collection of Pocket PC and related devices. I worked on th development of these jewels and everytime a brand would release I had to have one, so I wound up with what can only be referd to as a modest Pocket PC Musuem. All of these devices work fine and come with chargers and many accessories like the original iPAQ from compaq with an extended battery sleve and PCIMCA Sierra wireless broadband card, very cool, the very first Pocket PC shipped was the @migo, the only one that had a PCIMCA slot built in. They all had color screens, the Sharp which was not a branded Pocket PC becasue it has Linux as an OS, has a built in keyboard, yes another first at that time, it is my favorite becasue it has "Astroids" built in, yeap the same game us 50 year olds spent many hours and quarters on. I can go on but prefer to answer questions.  Here is the base inventory and then there are all the accessories.  If you are a geek like me this makes a display like no other, a great conversation piece or use your imagination, you see I had my own little museum to show my guests what I did but sadly I am force out of my space and have no room any longer. Oh yeah, the list of what you get. @migo 1st Pocket PC iPAQ 1st generation with many accessories iPAQ 2nd generation with docking station NEC Pocket PC with docking station, coolest looking of all Symbol N410 Pocket PC for industry Sharp PMT ( has the Astroids game on it from factory in ROM ) Motion industries DMP with docking station, a one of a kind, very rare Viewsonic Viewpad and docking station, docking station has keyboard, mouse and other connections it can also be used as a monitor or stand alone PC running Win CE, do not confuse with Mira project this is a Pocket PC with a 10 inch screen, so cool A Samsung Smart Phone, the first one to market with PALM OS And the development board that made it all possible that still works and is very very cool if you know how to use it ( seperate picture )   All together this stuff weighs in at about 40 pounds and I will ship to U.S. only unless otherwise negotiated at johnpotts@cox.net   While there are many uses for this bundle like break apart and sell, they all worked very vwell the last time they were used, They have been well cared for, no scratchs or scuffs to speak of, they have been on display their entire life.  If you had anything to do with the Pocket PC this is as cool of a collection as you will find.  If you need a nice display case I have 4 custom built that I will be selling soon, 1 is in the picture.   The value of this bundel depends on what it is worth to you, I paid over $8,000 for all of them together with accessories, and even though they all work, they are older technology so at a minimum they are worth around $1,000, more if broken up, so I will open the bidding at $500, happy bidding
