Most of the ones that you see on here are TDMA digital only and are very hard to get activated. But this phone is CDMA and so much easier to get activated. Plus finding one that is with Sprint is extremely hard to find and almost impossible on here. This phone says BMW when you power the phone on plus on the outside of the case. You can see this in the 2 pictures below where it says BMW on the case and I got the picture when I powered it on so you can see the LCD screen says BMW as well. I called *611 on it and a Sprint message came on. Plus it says Sprint by the ear piece. This phone is in excellent condition. The LCD is in excellent condition with No cracks on it and the keypad is in excellent condition with no signs of wear on it. This phone has 00001 minute on the timer and I put that one minute on the phone when I dialed *611 to see what service answered. So this phone appears to be New but I am selling it as Used because it doesn't come in its original box. Also at one time the phone has had a phone number assigned to it but I guess they just never used it. So for these reasons I am selling it as used even though I believe it to be new judging by the counter. It came in a sprint plastic bag from the sprint store that I am including as well and it has a swivel clip plastic holster on it. Where the holster is on the phone it has a little bit of rub from that on the case. Hardly noticable but thought I would say something. The phone is Silver in color with a New Silver battery that still has the protective plastic covering it from the factory. The model number is P8767. The FCC ID Number is IHDT56ZZ1 EE3. The DEC number is 16807862171. This phone wasn't mine it came in a group of phones that I purchased. So you might want to check with your cell phone company to make sure that it is good to go. I am Not responsible for phones that will not work on your service or for phones with Bad DEC numbers. But there should be no problems with the DEC numbers because it appears new. This is an older style phone and does Not use sim cards. This is a CDMA style digital phone so it should be able to get service no problem. But call and make sure first before you bid because there are No refunds. This phone will be great for a collector or for somebody making there BMW car back to original and the way they got it. This will work in some parts of the USA and they will not work in some parts of the USA. So be sure and check to see if this will work on your system before you bid. Same goes for people in other Countries as well.  This phone has vibrate mode listed on the number 8 button. It has the cool dark Green shiny LCD. This phone comes with a matching New Silver battery that still has the protective plastic covering from the factory (The battery took a charge), Plus another used battery in a battery clip that took a good charge as well and I am just throwing this one in, The antenna which is perfectly straight, A plastic holster with a swivel clip ( A 19.99 value), The BMW CPT 8000 Owners manual with a quick reference card (This alone is a 24.99 value), A New in the package car charger (A 19.99 value), Plus a new in the box home charger (A 24.99 value). So this is a heck of a deal. I charged the battery and the phone powered up with No problem as you can see in the picture below . So I GUARANTEE the phone not to be DOA. That is the biggest difference between me and other sellers on here. Most sellers Do Not guarantee there phones not to be DOA. However I do not guarantee the battery since it is old. It is your responsibility to check with your cellular provider to see if this phone works on your system. You might want to check and see if this phone works on your system before you bid because I only Guarantee that the phone powers on, so there are No refunds unless the phone does not power on which I know that it will power on because all phones are tested before they are shipped.
