I purchased this phone last year from the original owner who used it once for a cruise. I was going to use this for a trip to asia where the place i was travelling to the phone service was alittle lacking to say the least. The trip was cancelled and it sat in closet. The phone and accessories are in excellent condition, no scratches or scraps. When i purchased the phone it had a sim card with seventy minutes on it, it has since expired. I believe all you have to do is call a Iridium carrier for a plan that suits you and reactivate the phone. Iridium phones can be used anywhere in the world.
