It appears to be in good working order and is presumed working, however when we attempted to plug the unit in, it did not power, this could possibly be due to our lack of proper power supply. The universal power supply we tried did not work, but it may not have been the right tip. The battery may also need to be charged. Therefore we are selling this item without a guarantee. Please bid accordingly! If my own mother was bidding on this item, I would want her to know that: This auction is for a used item in good condition with minor scuffs and scratches associated with normal use. The box that this unit is in is for a Jornada 680, however the actual unit is a Jornada 720. We were unable to fully test the unit, please see testing notes above for details.
