hello there and thanks for checking out my auction, first and foremost i want to say sorry for the cheap stock picture, i know you would rather see the actual phone that you are bidding on but believe me when i say i don't have a camera right now, sounds kind of dumb i know but trust me you will not regret what you are about to bid on. This phone has been in a incipio rubber condom case the day i bought it from AT&T and i only take it off to wash it and wipe down the phone, the screen also has an original apple screen protector so i know for a fact that the screen is not scrathced. the back of the phone is not scratched either, i have NEVER dropped the phone, there are NO dings or dents on the phone ANYWHERE, i will include everything the phone came with and the rubber housing, and i think there are some screen protectors somewhere here in my office, i will also include a clear housing that i purchased from apple that i never put on. Trsust what i say, look at my feedback, it speaks for itself, i want to say up front that i will not offer a refund because i desperately need the money. As far as it coming with a contract or not, i currently have a contract with it, but im not sure whether or not if i take my sim out and put yours in that it is going to work, you need to make sure that it will work, because if it dosen't well you can resell it on ebay. I will not be able to take pictures of it maybe until wed of next week but if you live close by you can take a look at it and if you win you can pick it up as well. I apologize again for not having the pictures of the actual iphone you are bidding on, i TRY to be a perfectionist so i try and take care of my stuff VERY carefully, so i am confident enough to say that this phone is still in great condition, i will restore the phone back to the factory settings once payment is received within 24 hours after auction has ended. So PLEASE ask questions before bidding, and the unwritten rule of ebayers not having more than 10 feedbacks and 5 negatives in the past 6mo, you need to email me FIRST BEFORE you bid, goodluck and thanks again for looking!!!
