Get a great deal on a great smartphone/pda. Buy this gently used phone and save a bundle! Retail on this phone at AT&T is $449.00 without contract, they sell it for $299.00 with a new 2 year contract. Look at what these phones are bringing on eBay, and the buy it now prices! I put a low reserve on the phone, so someone is going to get a great deal. See details below for specs and overview. I used this phone for a couple months, and it does have a couple of minor cosmetic blemishes. I tried to show them clearly in the photos. One is a small scratch in the very upper right hand corner of the screen I did trying to remove the screen protector. The other is a scratch on the rubberized back. Functionally, it's perfect, and frankly, if you're at all like me with phones, etc., they all seem to acquire minor scratches etc. over time as you use them. My wife gave me an I Phone, so now I'm using it and don't need this one. If you buy this phone, and within 3 days of receipt decide my description was innacurate, I'll refund your purchase price, less shipping. The phone will come in its original box, with the power adapter, cable, books, etc. If you want the ActiveSync software by Microsoft, you'll need to download the latest version (free) at Microsoft. It comes with the "Getting Started" and "Quick Start" books. If you want the comprehensive manual, you download that online, or I'll be happy to do that for you and include it with the phone on a CD. I'll also include a 1GB micro SD card (already installed), and a leather case that clips on your belt, neither of which is normally included with the phone. Pop your sim card in, and you're good to go. (If you don't have a sim card, AT&T will give you one.)
