This phone can be used with ATT wireless sim cards. I had this phone for about 1month. It is in great condition. It shows very minor wear ( a few fine scratches on the black plastic back) I changed the chrome bezel on the phone because it was scuffed. The black plastic back of phone is ever so slightly not flush with chrome bezel. It is totally not visible you can feel the slight difference with your finger. I really don't need a phone like this for my simple calling habits. I have seen some people use these phones with other company's like T Mobile and others. I do noy know how to jailbreak it and use it for any other then ATT wireless. I found a web site called hackthatphone .com or .net  that shows how to fully unlock jailbreak and install 3rd party apps. The phone comes with one sync cable and one set of earphones that came with the phone. Please do not bid on this item if you are not a verified paypal user with a confirmed address.
